Argon Dock Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Deepe Labs, Inc. ("Deepe Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Argon Dock mobile application (the "App"). It covers the App only; our corporate website, deepelabs.com, is covered by a separate privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personal information. There is no account to create, no analytics, and no advertising tracking of any kind. Every timer, block, category, goal, statistic and setting is stored only on your device and never transmitted anywhere, whether or not the App is online.

If you email us at hello@deepelabs.com, we receive whatever contact details and content you choose to include in that message.

2. How We Use Information

Correspondence sent to our support address is used only to respond to your question or feedback.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because the App does not collect any. Support correspondence may be handled through our email provider under standard confidentiality obligations, and may be disclosed where required to comply with applicable law.

4. Data Retention

Data you generate in the App, such as timer history and statistics, stays on your device under your control until you delete it or uninstall the App; exporting it as CSV is your own action and this policy does not cover what you do with that export. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and comply with legal obligations.

5. Security

Because App data never leaves your device, there is no server-side database of your information to secure. We use reasonable safeguards for support correspondence we do receive, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Argon Dock is rated for a general audience and does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Because no information is collected or transmitted, no information about a child or any other user ever reaches us through use of the App itself.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
