Bread Flow Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Deepe Labs, Inc. ("Deepe Labs," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Bread Flow mobile application (the "App"). It covers the App only; our corporate website, deepelabs.com, is covered by a separate privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

Your recipes, bakes and any photos you add are stored on your device. When you type or dictate ingredients, any translation needed to understand them runs on your device as well, not on a server.

Creating an account is optional and is not required to use the App. If you choose to sign in, your sign-in is handled by Supabase, Inc., acting as our service provider, which processes the credentials needed to authenticate you, such as your email address.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate you, if you choose to sign in.
• To respond to inquiries sent to our support address.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Supabase, Inc., which provides sign-in for visitors who choose to create an account, under its own terms and privacy practices.
• Service providers who support the App's operation, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Deepe Labs or others.

4. Data Retention

Recipes, bakes and photos stored on your device remain there under your control until you delete them or uninstall the App. If you sign in, we retain your account sign-in information for as long as you maintain an account with us. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and comply with legal obligations.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
