Bread Flow Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bread Flow mobile application (the "App"), published by Deepe Labs, Inc. ("Deepe Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). They do not cover our corporate website, deepelabs.com, which is governed by its own separate terms. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, Deepe Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems, including another user's account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Deepe Labs or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

4. Accounts and Your Content

Creating an account is optional. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your recipes, bakes, and photos are stored on your device; you are responsible for backing up or exporting that content, and uninstalling the App may remove it permanently.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any time, difficulty, or calorie estimate the App produces for a recipe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepe Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
