Large digits beside it are readable from about three feet away, and the screen stays awake for the whole block. Quiet by design. A soft cue before a long run ends, then light, a tap and a chime that any touch stops. On Android the app can switch on Do Not Disturb for the run; on iPhone it keeps its own alerts quiet and works with your Focus through Shortcuts.
